In Short: We collect personal information that you provide to us.

We collect personal information that you voluntarily provide to us when you register on the Services, express an interest in obtaining information about us or our products and Services, when you participate in activities on the Services, or otherwise when you contact us.

Personal Information Provided by You. The personal information that we collect depends on the context of your interactions with us and the Services, the choices you make, and the products and features you use. The personal information we collect may include the following:

• names
• phone numbers (used for account verification and security, including one-time passwords (OTPs), and customer support)
• school and grade information
• contact or authentication data

School and Grade. School and grade are initially provided by the user. Choosing a school does not verify school affiliation. School polls and school friend lists require a current school verification. Other Peek features remain available without school verification.

School Verification. You may verify through an approved school email address or, where available, a student ID photo. We process the school email address and verification code to confirm access to an approved school account. If you choose student ID review, we process the photo and the name you enter to check the displayed school, student name, and printed expiration date. Automated review may fail or require a new submission; it is not a guarantee of identity or document authenticity. Do not submit an ID number, barcode, date of birth, address, or other unnecessary information; cover those fields before taking the photo.

Sensitive Information. When necessary, with your consent or as otherwise permitted by applicable law, we process the following categories of sensitive information:

Payment Data. We may collect data necessary to process your payment if you choose to make purchases, such as your payment instrument number, and the security code associated with your payment instrument.
